Edirectory information not getting synched with groupwise automatically and need manual synchronization

1. Right click the GroupWise group object in ConsoleOne.
2. Click on GroupWise Utilities / Synchronise.
3. This will update the membership list in the GroupWise group object.
   

1.  Create a GroupWise group object.

     2.  Create a template object in edirectory and add the GroupWise group object in
           its membership field.

     3.   Create 2 or 3 users using that template .

     4.   If you check the membership list of the groupwise group object , the membership list displays the users 

     5.   But if user right click the GroupWise group object under ConsoleOne and check the information, the information is not updated automatically. It requires manual synchronization for the information to get  updated
