Situation
Error: "Error reading a record from WP Directory Service"
GroupWise users do not sync to Exchange with the Microsoft Exchange Connector
Directory synchronization file in the API's api_out directory does not contain any users
A manual directory request with the API gateway of a GroupWise domain fails with an error.

Resolution
The fix is included in SP2 GroupWise snapins for C1. Run Validate system maintenance check on each domain. If problem persist still, send primary domain database to Novell Technical Support where records causing problem will be manually removed.
