NAL does not always launch app from the closest server in a "Site List"

Environment

Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Support Pack 1 - ZDM7 SP1

Situation

The customer has setup a "Site List" so that an application will be launched from the local site.
However, in some cases the app is opening the remote instead of the local application.

Resolution

Configured the Novell Client32 IP Costing to 1 (Use Network Subnet to Determine Closest Server)
Depending on Network Configuration, other costing methods may be more reliable
 

Additional Information

Once the closest server has been determined for an application, this result is stored in NALCache.
This is not recalculated dynamically.
