Situation

Dragging the Subject line of one e-mail to a new mail Subject crashes the Windows client
No errors show on the POA console screen when the Client Crashes

Resolution

Resolved in GroupWise 8.0.1. The patch can be found at the following link:
 

Additional Information

Steps to Duplicate:
  1. Open a received mail.
  2. Go back to the Main Window and click New Mail.
  3. Highlight the Subject text of the received mail.
  4. Drag the highlighted Subject text to the Subject line of the New Mail and GroupWise Client crashes.
