Situation
user trying to ftp and expect to be redirected to his home directory.
Redirection fails with "Failed to get Home Directory Info" in FTP servers log and user will be redirected into default ftp servers directory.

Resolution
Trustee assignment of volumes object where users homedir ist stored where changed or is incorrect.
Root is default trustee of volume objects only with attributes "Host Resource Name" and Host Server" and read rights.
Check, if the trustee is set correctly and, if necessary, re add Root as trustee of volume object.
Go to ConsoleOne, right click to volume object, Trustees of this Object. If Root is there, check Assigend Rights.
Minimum "Host Resource Name" and Host Server" with read rights must be there.
Root is default trustee of volume objects only with attributes "Host Resource Name" and Host Server" and read rights.
