Environment

Novell ZENworks Application Virtualization 6.1 IR1

Situation

When trying to virtualize a product with a volume license, such as Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise, with the Configuration Wizard.

Zenworks Application Virtualization will get the following error:

"Could not find the installation media for any know release of Microsoft Office."

Resolution

Volume licensing support is not available in Zenworks Application Virtualization 6.1 IR1. Only Standard licensing is supported. Volume licenses will be added in the next release.
