Agents are unable to authenticate after upgrade to 10.1

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 1 - 10.1 Authentication

Situation

After agents update to 10.1 from 10.0.3.2 they are unable to authenticate to the user source. 

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.1.1 - see KB 7001406 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.1.1" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Additional Information

This problem can be caused if the Zen Loader and CasaAuthTokenSrv are not running on the 'same' account.
