Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 1 - 10.1 Business Objects Reporting

Situation

Can't save Business Objects InfoView Report to local drive using Internet Explorer 7 Secure download setting.
 
Error when you view a report and select Document | Save to my Computer As | any file type.
 
ERROR: "Account information not recognized.  An error occurred at the server: Not a valid user token."

Resolution

  1. Go to Tools | Internet Options | Security tab | Custom Level .
  2. Under the Downloads | Automatic prompting of file downloads , choose the Enable button.
  3. Click OK to close the windows.
  4. Restart the browser.

Note:  With these settings set, the IE information bar will not monitor file downloads so use cautiously.
