Unable to access LDAP address book from a foreign email system using WebAccess

Situation

When attaching to a foreign email system in order to access an LDAP address book, the GroupWise client can see the book however WebAccess cannot. An LDAP trace shows a bindResponse(51) protocolError.

Resolution

Currently WebAccess is using v2 LDAP libraries instead of v3.
