Error extending schema - 3.5.1 IDM install - Tree null

Install of Identity Manager 3.5.1 fails during schema extention.

 

If you look at the idm install log file, you see that the tree name is null during the attempt to extend schema.

The metadirectory for IDM 3.5.1 and IDM 3.6 are NOT supported on eDirectory 8.8.3 64bit.   See system requirements for Identity Manager 3.6 in the Documentation.

 

   

Currently IDM 3.5.1 and IDM 3.6 are only supported on eDirectory 8.8.3 32bit

 

Reinstall your server using eDirectory 32bit and then install IDM 3.5.1 or 3.6.
