Situation
The owner, from directories and files created by a non LUM enabled user, are not being maintained after a server reboot.
After a server reboot the owner is set to the server.
For LUM enabled users this works.
After a server reboot the owner is set to the server.
For LUM enabled users this works.
Resolution
The fix for this is in an NCP engine patch that is in the OES2 shipping patch channel. It has also been included in the shipping OES2SP1 support pack
