Situation
Replying or Forwarding a message contains only the Message Header or partial message body text.
Resolution
This is a new feature of GroupWise 8, which allows one to only reply or forward with a specific section of text rather than the entire message body.
This can happen if you highlight a section of text or white space in the message body and then choose Reply or Forward.
Users will want to close the reply or forward message and make sure they don't have anything highlighted/selected in the original message before choosing reply. Or they can close the original message and right click the message in their folder and chose reply.
