Environment

Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Support Pack 1 - ZDM7 SP1
Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 1 - 10.1

Situation

Utimaco SGN fails to install on a Windows XP SP2 device with the ZENworks agent installed.
Installation logs show the following error: "Execution of program 'RRUTIL.EXE -bq'. Result: (-2)"

Resolution

Upgrade to Windows XP SP3 or use Utimaco SGN v5.35 or newer.
