GroupWise WebAccess displaying blank pages

Environment

Novell GroupWise WebAccess 7

Situation

Getting error message Page Cannot Be Displayed when attempting to access the log on page.
Status page shows up correctly.
Re-installed WebAccess and it works fine until the server is rebooted.
Also running a POA, MTA and GWIA on the same server.

Resolution

Customer had configured GWIA to communicate on port 8080 which conflicts with the default Tomcat port for WebAccess. Re-configured the GWIA to communicate on an unused port and WebAccess works correctly.
