Situation
You compose new HTML formatted mail and include a picture inside a message body. After the mail is sent, the picture is striped off the mail body.
Resolution
Reported to the development.
A reason behind it is a name of a directory with extended characters in a path where a picture is located in a directory structure. A workaround is to locate the picture outside of a directory structure with a name having extended characters.
Additional Information
Steps to duplicate:
1. Create on your WS in C:\ drive a directory called "täst", for instance.
2. Copy there any picture, in a JPG format, for instance.
3. Start GroupWise client and compose new HTML mail.
4. Insert inside a message body the picture from c:\täst directory.
5. Send this mail back into your mailbox. You will notice, that the picture from the message body was striped off. Neither it does show in the sent mail when you open it from Sent Items folder.
