Situation
Credentials supplied when a user logs on the local Windows 2000 workstation are not passed through to the
Citrix server.
The typical scenario is that a user performs login from Windows 2000 workstation. ZENworks delivers
Citrix applications, and the user then launches a Citrix published application.
The expectaton is that the credentials supplied during the users initial login through the Novell GINA
(NWGINA.DLL) would be "passed through" to the Citrix server.
Instead, the user is then prompted to authenticate a second time in order to access the Citrix-delivered
application.

Resolution
Upgrade the Citrix client to version 11.0.
