Environment

Novell Access Manager
Novell Access Manager Service Pack 4

Situation

A protected Web Server stores Web objects in a directory including a colon like "test:test"
Two protected resources have been defined:
  1. http://www.test.com/* ==> Authentication contract assign
  2. http://www.test.com/test%3Atest/* ==> Public (no contract assigned)
The goal is to allow public access to: "http://www.test.com/test%3Atest/"and restricted access (requires authentication) to: "http://www.test.com/*". Accessing the protected resource "http://www.test.com/test%3Atest/*" does not private the expected public access. In fact it requests for user  authentication as defined on the restricted protected resource: "http://www.test.com/"
