Caminosoft 5.2.1.93 Managed Server HSM, Centera Proven Edition
Situation
Tsafs.nlm would leak memory when backing up migrated file stubs done by the Caminosoft software. The files were migrated from a Netware volume to the Windows 2003 server to the Centera box. The migrations/demigrations would work fine. Whenever tsafs.nlm would try to backup the file stubs, an error would be presented:
Failed to open file
This happened on all the file stubs that were backed up. Over time, the server would gradually run out of memory until cache memory allocation errors would be presented on the server console. This problem only happened on traditional Netware volumes. Nss volumes did not exhibit the problem with the migrated file stubs.
