Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management on Linux Support Pack 1 - ZDML7 SP1

Situation

ZDM 7 Inventory scan does not work on OES Linux

Inventory scans are being sent from the workstation but the inventory scan data is not being uploaded to the server hosting theSCANDIR

Resolution

Give the "[root]" trustee create andwrite rights to theSCANDIR on the inventory server.
