Error during ZAM migration: "Error Synchronizing the product database "
Make sure that you have updated ZAM to latest version, and that the PRU is updated on both the ZENworks server and the ZAM server.
In some cases, the migration tool error persists even after the servers are both updated and in synch. In this case it works if you install the ZAM migration tool to another workstation and run it from there. If that is the case, uninstall the ZAM migration tool from the problem workstation, then delete the \program files\novell\ZAMmigration directory and reinstall the ZAM migration tool to correct.
