Situation

Named would exit with the following error:
critical:  mem.c:672: INSIST(ctx->stats[size].gets > 0) failed
critical:  exiting (due to assertion failure)

Resolution

This is caused my a memory management defect which has been addressed in the shipping SP7 named.nlm.
