Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management
Situation
During System Update of 10.0.3.2, all devices report deployment as"Successful", but the overall status still says "In Progress"
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.1 - see KB 7001200 "ZENworks 10
Configuration Management with SP1 (10.1)" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Workaround for 10.0.3.2:
Go to http://[your server]/zenworks-systemupdate/?test=0
in the field deviceUID you need the GUID of one of the devices that has had the update applied
in status, enter "FINISHED"
in statusMessageKey, leave blank
in statusMessageParams, enter"FINISHED"
inupdateUID, enter the GUID for this update (10.0.3.2 is "5754c9d3833a435386c200e70e17a0b6")
and click Invoke
Workaround for 10.0.3.2:
Go to http://[your server]/zenworks-systemupdate/?test=0
