Situation
Symptoms:
GroupWise Webaccess is extremely slow. Language selection page comes up immediately, but login process and any subsequent action can take up to 1 minute to be completed. Actually everything is working, the speed is the only issue, using both Internet Explorer or Firefox.
Changes:
System has been upgraded from version 6.5.x to version 7.0.x

Resolution
Edit the host file of the Windows server where Webaccess
application is running and add the following line:
[IP Address of the NetWare box where WebAccess agent is running] GroupWiseWebAccess
[IP Address of the NetWare box where WebAccess agent is running] GroupWiseWebAccess
