Situation
During migration, it fails with:
INFO: The database has been successfully created.
SEVERE: Could not connect to the target Database.
SEVERE: An error has occurred while migrating the database.
SEVERE: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect
descriptor
The Connection descriptor used by the client was:
[descriptor]

Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.1.1 - see KB 7001406 "ZENworks 10
