Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management ZENworks Control Center - ZCC
Situation
When launching the ZCC, the login screen does not come up. The browser displays an http 500 error.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.1 - see KB 7001200 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with SP1 (10.1)" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Additional Information
This issue can be caused by multiple issues. One possibility is that the MSIs did not run fully during the upgrade.
