Situation

The ZENworks Remote Management screen is black when simultaneously used with RDP Windows remote session to the same managed agent.

Resolution

When the user unlocks the keyboard (Ctrl-Alt-Del and type is user credentials) to unlock the desktop, ZENworks remote management should work again.
 
To use RDP access simultaneously with ZENworks Remote access, rdp must be run with the /console option.
