Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management
Situation
Error during ZENworks migration should be logged as warning.
ERROR: "Unknown Entry: 8"
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.1 - see KB 7001200 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with SP1 (10.1)" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support. In 10.1 this type of recoverable condition will be logged as a warning.
Additional Information
In the case of the error logged below, migration is sucessful. 8 indicates Version which is handled properly in 10.1. Other unknown errors that do not result in fatal failure are logged as warnings.
