LDAP trace contains "Ignored duplicate LDAP attr" messages for SAS attributes

Situation

These messages are cosmetic and can be ignored.  

However, "Ignored duplicate LDAP attr" messages for other attributes can be significant.  It indicates that two or more NDS attributes could be
mapped to the same LDAP one.  LDAP applications could then read or update the incorrect NDS attribute.  Therefore, duplicate mappings need to be resolved such that
those particular messages don't occur any longer.
