GroupWise client gives security warning for digitally signed emails

Symptoms:
When the GroupWise client tries to open an encrypted digitally signed email sent from an Internet domain, it gives security warnings even after accepting and importing the certificate.

Corrective Actions:
1. Open the certificate and view the certificate path.
2. Make sure to accept and trust all the certificates in the certificate path from the top to the bottom.
