Situation

NFAUUser is not created in the NIS_ADMIN_OBJECT_CONTEXT.
SCHINST.NLM is not using NIS_ADMIN_OBJECT_CONTEXT.
NFAUUser is created in bindery context instead of NIS_ADMIN_OBJECT_CONTEXT.
NFAUUser is created in server's context instead of NIS_ADMIN_OBJECT_CONTEXT.

Resolution

When SCHINST.NLM runs and creates the NFAUUser object, it sets the NIS_ADMIN_OBJECT_CONTEXT so NFS (via NDSILIB.NLM) can later find that user object.  However, it is not intended that SCHINST itself use that parameter to determine the location where the user should be created.  SCHINST uses the bindery context (if set), otherwise the server object's context.
