Environment

Novell Certificate Server 2.02

Situation

-669 error when trying to install Certificate Server.

Resolution

Move the Master replica to another server that has the correct attributes on the .admin.xxxxx object that will allow the authentication to complete.  
Run through TID #3564075 - NDS Health Check Procedures to correct the discrepancy in the replicas.

Additional Information

There is a difference or discrepancy in the object attributes for .admin.xxxxx between the local replica and the Master replica of [Root] causing the authentication to the Master to fail.
