Standalone Custom Deployment Packages rebuilt as Network Deployment Packages by System Update 10.1.1

After System Update 10.1.1 is complete and becomes "baselined", it then updates all
agent deployment packages.  When a custom deployment package that was created
as a "standalone" package is updated by the system, it is recreated as a
"network" package instead of "standalone".

Steps to reproduce:
1) From a ZCM 10.1 system, create a custom agent deployment package that is "standalone".  
2) Go to http://<server>/zenworks-setup and the package will be visible, it should be over 80Meg in size and labeled "standalone"
3) Apply System Update 10.1.1.
4) After update is baselined and all deployment packages are automatically updated, go to http://<server>/zenworks-setup and the package 
will be around 500K.  It is mislabled as a "standalone", but it is really been transformed into a "network" install.
