Environment

Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Support Pack 1 - ZDM7 SP1 Application Launcher (NAL)

Situation

A Terminal Server RDP Application Object that was configured to use "Client Resolution" would launch in an unusable resolution.
A session launched via an RDP file outside of ZENworks with the same resolution configuration would launch with the expected resolution.
Manually configuring a specific resolution would launch the RDP session in that session.
