ZAM Clients have teaming enabled

Situation

Missing IP Address in the Workstation List report
IP Address and Subnet Mask missing in the report
Unable to collect the IP Address of the machine if the machine has network teaming enabled

Status

Additional Information

Steps to Duplicate:
  1. Install and configure a Windows 2003 Server with Network Teaming Enabled
  2. Install the ZAM 7 or ZAM 7.5 Client
  3. Get the machine scanned
  4. Login to ZAM Web Console and click the REPORTS INVENTORY|USAGE Tab
  5. Expand Reports and Click Find
  6. Make sure Workstation List is selected in the Report Type
  7. Type the Name of the Machine that was setup in step1 in the Machine Name field
  8. Click Search
  9. Click the Result found and it can be seen that the IP Address is missing
