Error 35324 on Server Console loading services

Resolution
This problem has been found to be caused by either of the following:
1. The server name is spelled incorrectly in the sys:\etc\hosts file. Correct the spelling, then reboot the server.
e.g.192.168.1.1 SERVER.OU.O SERVER
2. The volume object is corrupt. Correct by following these steps:
a) Using ConsoleOne or iManager, delete the volume object
b) Recreate the volume object by following these steps:
i) At the server console, run "dsrepair -a"
ii) Select "Advanced Options menu"
iii) Select "Check volume object and trustees"
