Situation

Installing Novell Open Workgroup Suite Small Business Edition 2 as full virtualized virtual machine on XEN fails with the following error:
           Grant table initialized
                  Loading xenbus
                  xenbus: Loading module compiled for kernel version into kernel version

Resolution

Change the virtual CPU number to 1.
