Container administrators have been defined to only have rights to predefined OUs. The administrators have application rights (app:association, app:back link etc) on the container where the applications reside.

Situation
When you want to
add an application to a user you will receive an error that you
don't have enough rights.
Adding a user to an application will work.

Resolution
To obtain a hot patch with the fix for this problem,
