Situation
If a device is promoted to satellite server and with imaging enabled, an
entry is placed in the device's HOSTS file for the primary
server.

Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.2 - see KB 7003225 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with SP2 (10.2)" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
The fix in 10.2 ensures that devices that are promoted to imaging satellites from this time do not have the HOSTS file updated, but it will not remove the entry for devices that were promoted with previous versions. For devices already promoted, it will be necessary to manually remove the entry in the HOSTS file.
