Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management Installation - Agent
Situation
The logged in Ctrl-Alt-Delete functionality no longer works correctly after un-installing agent. Once the ZCM agent is uninstalled, pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del shows nothing. It doesn't show the Windows Task Manager or the appropriate GUI. The result is a blank screen without any GUI control which to take action with. The only option is to hard reset the system with the power button.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.1 - see KB 7001200 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with SP1 (10.1)" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
