Situation
ERROR: "Alert", "Undefined"
Since upgrading to Firefox 2.0.0.17, attempts to upload a file to ZCM (for example, an "Install file(s)" action) results in a dialog box, and the upload does not proceed.

Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.1.1 - see KB 7001406 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.1.1" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
As a workaround, you may need to use Internet Explorer 7 to upload files until you can upgrade to 10.1.1
