Situation
The CASA server configuration isn't included in the zenserver-backup backup file
The server.xml used for CASA should be backed up / restored as part of the zenserver-backup / restore, the server.xml file contains the server configuration and should be restored after a crash

Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.1.1 - see KB 7001406 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.1.1" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Prior to version 10.1.1 use the following workaround:
Customers that use zman zenserver-backup to backup their ZCM server configuration should take a manual copy of the following file:
Windows
%ZENWORKS_HOME%\share\ats\catalinabase\conf\server.xml
Linux
/srv/www/casaats/conf/server-sun.xml (server.xml is a symbolic link to server-sun.xml)
Customers that create a full backup of the ZCM server will have this file included as part of the server backup. Or if an uninstall is run, the file will be copied with an extension of rpmsave in the original directory. It can then be renamed back to server-sun.xml after the restore of the zenserver-backup files.
