ZPM Agent Management Center unable to find the Agent Installer Files

Environment

Novell ZENworks Patch Management 6.4 - ZPM6.4 Agent Management Center - AMC

Situation

The Agent Management Center (AMC) was installed on a device in the same subnet as the local ZPM server. Launching the AMC generates the following error:

"Agent installer files are not available"

Resolution

This is a known issue that is resolved by copying the agent installer files from the Download directory on ZPM PLUS to the root of the Agent Management Center installation directory. Make certain you grab both updateagent.msi and updateagent-x64.msi and the AMC will stop attempting to grab the MSI's.
