Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 1 - 10.1
Situation
When distributing files using an install files action, not all files get copied to the managed device.
If two files are identical, ZCM will recognize these and will not copy the same file twice but should re-use a single file upload. With the 10.1 release the first file will be stored in the content system but the second file doesn't get linked properly and during the file install the second file won't be created on the managed device.

Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.1.1 - see KB 7001406 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.1.1 - patch information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
