10.1 Policies
Situation
User does not have DLU (Dynamic Local User) policy assigned and tries to login. DLU
policy is then associated to user and they try to login to the same
PC. Local account is not created, and they cannot login
Resolution
Wait until full refresh has occurred (by default this is between 5
and 6 minutes), see "Random Time to Wait", in the Documentation"

Additional Information
This scenario only occurs if the user has tried to login at least
once on this PC before the DLU policy is assigned. If the user has
not attempted to login before being assigned a DLU policy, the DLU
process should work as expected.
