Situation

ERROR: "General Failure FF01" on GWIA screen on some messages
Few messages move to bad folder after receiving error "General Failure FF01" on GWIA screen

Resolution

This has been fixed in GroupWise 7 Support Pack 3 Hot Patch 2 or later. GroupWise 7 Support Pack can be downloaded from the following website:
 
https://download.novell.com/patch/finder. Select the Product GroupWise. Select and download the latest GroupWise 7 Support Pack.
