Unable to access the properties of a message in the Sent Items folder

When checking the properties of an item in the Sent Items folder, a message about a corrupt or missing file "gw}00007.tmp" is returned.


This is due to the fact that the views are not up to date.  If this is being seen while in caching mode, reinstall the Windows client.  If it is being seen when in online mode, the views have not been updated and the files necessary to view the properties are missing on the POA.  To get the proper views installed:
  1. In ConsoleOne select the POA object and then right click
  2. Select GroupWise Utilities
  3. Select System Maintenance
  4. Select Refresh Views

Make sure that the correct views are in the Software Distribution Directory
