Situation
ZCM only supports username and password authentication.
ZCM does not support biometrics and smartcards
Resolution
An enhancement request has been submitted to development, however Novell encourages customers to submit an enhancement request by going to https://www.novell.com/enhancement_request/ and reference this TID number so that we can keep track of the number of requests for this.
