When Running in a Cluster, Certain Events Appear to NOT Use the Secondary IP Address Specified in the Bind Exclusive Parameter

When running in a cluster, POA should only bind to the secondary IP address
associated with cluster enabled volume and not the primary IP address of the
node on which the POA is running,  "when bind exclusively to TCP/IP Address"
is enabled on the properties of the POA.
It was found that  UDP mail notifications are coming from the node IP Address, 
where the post office agent is running, and not from the cluster resource IP
address.

This has been reported to development. and will be considered for a future Service Pack.
