Zenloader Process does not start automatically after installing to SLES10

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management Installation - Server

Situation

Installing ZCM10 on a SLES10 box by double clicking the setup.sh file results in the installation taking place, but the Zenloader process does not start automatically as it should. The process can however be started manually by typing the "/etc/init.d/./novell-zenloader start" command.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.1 - see KB 7001200 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with SP1 (10.1)" which can be found athttps://www.novell.com/support
