Situation
When configuring eDirectory to make it member of an existing tree it will create an ncp server object and then halt.
Error seen is : `parmTblbool' has different size in shared object, consider re-linking

Resolution
Cause: ndapPartitionPasswordMgmt was configured on an Organizational Unit above to make sure that password requests from clients are always handled by NMAS. This Enforcement stopped the install process.
Fix: Delete the already created NCP Server Object and after this remove the ndapPartitionPasswordMgmt configuration for the time needed to install the new server. Once the install has completed the attribute can be added back.
